Section 27
Regulations to be made
: (1) Cooperative organizations shall make regulations for the operation of their work subject to this Act, the rules, guidelines, standards and procedures made under this Act.
(2) The regulations under sub-section (1) shall come into force after being approved by the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), before approving the regulations of the cooperative bank, the registrar shall consult the Nepal Rastra Bank.
